Sonja, resident artist at the Gilded Goblin and full-time silly billy.
Sonja has been tattooing since late 2014 and is inspired by the natural world and her experiences. She aspires to travel around the world to tattoo, help, learn and to experience other people, cultures and ecosystems.
She is an energetic, charismatic and bubbly little person with an abundance of interests that keep her very busy. As the unofficial studio baker and self-care advocate, Sonja keeps the whole team well with regular reminders to stay hydrated and take dance breaks.
Inspired to live the best life she can for all, as a whole, all of her tattoo products are vegan-friendly. She is currently working on gaining more sustainable and biodegradable supplies.
Sonja is disabled and chronically ill. She aspires to create positive experiences for disabled and non-disabled folk in accessing tattoos. Sonja requires her clients to meet her access needs which can be found on her website.
